Day 2 of Gratitude: 1)Today I am grateful for all the wonderful people I am surrounded by whom I know well, and maybe not at all. The people that are selfless, giving, kind and loving. I am so fortunate to have a life filled with gentle souls. 2) I am grateful for my ongoing strong health, immunity and strength. My body continually surprises and impresses me and I enjoy taking it to new limits and testing it :) 3) I am grateful today for the sun. The snow has melted, the sun is shining and its a wonderful day to hang out with the family!
