Day 2 starts off with Scripps Ranch National and Rancho Penasquitos American meeting up to continue their suspended game. The winner of this game will stay and play in game 5 of the TOC tournament facing Point Loma. The game is tied 9-9 in the top of the 9th inning when we resume play at 2:45 today. Rancho Penasquitos American wins the game in the bottom of the 9th inning, 10-9. At Clairemont Hilltoppers Little League fields we hosted Peninsula vs Clairemont Hilltoppers. The Hilltoppers win this game with a walk off home run in the 9th inning, 8-6. At Point Loma Little League, Rancho Penasquitos American will play their second game of the day against Point Loma. Rancho Penasquitos American wins this game 8-3. At University City Little League we hosted Scripps Ranch American and University City. Scripps Ranch American wins the game 6-3 over University City. Coronado Little League hosted our 7th game of the tournament with Rancho Penasquitos National playing Coronado. Coronado wins the game over Rancho Penasquitos National, 12-7. Our tournament will now finish up at Point Loma Little League. Sunday we’ll see Clairemont Hilltoppers vs. Rancho Penasquitos American at 11:00 AM in game 8 and Scripps Ranch American vs. Coronado at 2:00 PM in game 9. The winners of these two games will go to the Championship game on Monday, 5:00 PM. Come on out for some great baseball!
