Day #31 was awesome, and for a couple reasons! First, I am sorry that I did not post earlier. I did complete the workout in the morning, like I always do, but was pressed for time and could not post after I finished. Anyways, I was a bit reluctant to work too hard during the workout because of yesterdays scare. I did NOT want my back to go back to hurting... So, I kept things simple, easy, and consistent. By doing so, I was able to get a good sweat going, worked fairly hard without any problems, and felt very accomplished at the end ^,^ Slow and Steady Wins the Race! I will keep at it for the next week or so, doing morning and evening stretches to make sure I do not revert and can keep up the pace ^,^ I am noticing changes in my body, but am still struggling in the belly region. I think that will change dramatically once I move to another apartment. Hopefully, I will live closer to a grocery store where I can purchase almost daily everything I need. Fresh! I am optimistic that this will only get better as the days go by ^,^ Please, hit "Like" because your support means so much to me. Truly ^,^
