Day 5 this video is extremely powerful and brings many tears to my eyes. There was a time I would drink, take pain meds, get wasted and drive home. Today I am extremely thankful that I never hurt or killed anyone while I was behind the wheel intoxicated. I am extremely thankful for that and the fact I have 9 yrs sober. To look back at my driving, I fell asleep behind the wheel and crossed into on coming traffic on a two lane road there was no one coming. I have drivin off road, swerved into lanes, even tried to drive my car into a wall. So today I give thanks for sobriety, and that no one was ever hurt and killed, except for me mentally and my family and friends.
