Day 8: I am thankful for internet. I know it sounds horrible, but I am not one to talk on the phone that much. There are some conversations that should take place on the phone, and others that should happen face to face, but for the most part I just like knowing how everyone is doing. Now, that being said, unless its something special or out of this world good, I dont care what you ate for breakfast, when you got up or are going to bed, or what you are gonna watch on tv. I do care about if you had a bad day at work, are not feeling well, need a prayer for friends or family, your kids did something awesome, cute, or mischevious, and I always like to hear about acts of kindness, miracles, and things to truely inspire! I am thankful that even though many of my friends and family live far away, I know how they are, I get to see pictures, send encouraging words to cheer them up, laugh with them and just be there if they need me, since I am not able to be there in person. If you need me immediatly, please still pick up the phone, but otherwise keep sending happy thoughts, wonderful blessings, and lots n lots of pictures!!
