Dear Customer, First of all we would like to thank you all so much for your support and patience with this project. As you are no doubt aware, we are having quite a problem with our supplier in terms of getting them to move fast enough to meet the Christmas deadline. Since demand for this item increased we have been subject to delay after delay, week after week. We said that we would let you know as soon as we had a confirmed date of dispatch from the material supplier. We have been pestering them constantly and today they replied with the statement that the materials would be released within a week. This unfortunately does not allow us the ability to say to you definitively that you will get your order for Christmas day, although WE will continue to push in the hope that it will all fall into place at the last minute. We are definitely not giving up on our target date as yet and will continue to hound the supplier. However, we feel that to be fair to our customers we should give you the option now to either stick with us until we get this sorted or you can request a full refund. We knew that this garment would bring a smile to so many faces in the forces family and at the moment that is not what we are achieving. So please accept our sincere apologies. We hope that you will stick with us and see this through but we are aware that there will be some that are very disappointed and have no choice but to request a refund. Although this is proving to be a lot more difficult a task than we ever imagined and it continues to give us headaches and sleepless nights. We are by no means giving up on this project we will await this batch arriving and get your order to you as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your support.
