Dear Fidelity Bank, I am Fadeyi Emmanuel Olurotimi,a student and a full time blogger. I tried using an atm machine at fidelity bankaround kola alagbado lagos on friday 26-09-2014 but I was kindof unfortunate coz my firstBank ATM card got consumed by your hungry atm machine,told a security man about it but he told me all is fine,he further explained that id have to go to the nearest first bank around that the atm card would be sent there,I was like ok. This morning 30-09-2014 ,I went bank to this very fidelity bank and I tried talking to a customer care rep this time,alas the arrogant female customer rep told me I would have to go to my bank to request for a new one like its free of charge. like seriously this customer service woman had no etiquettes of speech,seriously I felt so disappointed coz Ive been to other banks and I know how satisfactory their customer care behaves. The most annoying part is when she said youd have to go to your bank o,thats the new rule arrogantly. like my lecturer would say common sense is a scarce commodity The issue is I need my atm card back afterall atm cards are not chewable,I would have said they want to eat it. It would be nice if actions follow after reading this note of an angry customer. Thanks Rotimi 07088655261
