Dear Friends, How are you all today? I hope this finds you all in healthy mind and strong balanced body! Today, I wish to address, the condition of eczema. Having close family members suffering from Eczema, I have decided to post some helpful articles on how to contain this condition naturally, as there is no real cure for it. However, from watching up close the people I love suffer from it, as it can be painfully itchy, and bleeding sometimes even, I have come to the conclusion, that, like with everything else in life, stress, is the number one cause of all dis-eases of the body and mind. A stressful lifestyle can certainly do it. Stress is stress, whether the good kind or the bad kind, regardless. While the skin is the biggest eliminator of wastes, and taking care of it is of the utmost importance, one must also learn to meditate and know how to breathe to oxygenate the body. Many run to many places trying out different things out there to ease their intense discomfort, but that running around in itself, is a stress too. Know Thyself is a deep advice, for knowing ourselves, layer by layer, is not an easy task, yet, this is the most important occupation very beneficial to indulge in, for this is a meditation of sorts too, otherwise how can we take care of ourselves? Taking care with good nutrition is very important. Eating good healthy food, organic and simple, is the key to good health. A good balance of all the food groups are essential. As well as knowledge of ones own body, its system, what it can take or not take, is important to understand about ourselves. Too much drinking an smoking, active or passive smoking, regardless, is detrimental to our perishable bodies. Getting an allergy test done is also beneficial, this way, one knows what one is allergic too, since most live in a mind fog and are not aware naturally to what their bodies are allergic to. Right thinking, which comprises of a balanced negative positive neutral state of mind, is key. One can only remain calm, when one learns from both negative and positive aspects of life, which can bring about a balanced observation of ones self. Another important tip is to not wear chemical laced makeup. As it is, too much of anything is not a beneficial thing. Some women, wear makeup constantly and cannot live without it. This invariably has a negative effect in body in the long run an shows the discomfort in various ways, on of them being in the form of eczema. Most brands of makeup out there, including the famous brands, are laced heavily with chemicals, the names of which we can barely pronounce, let alone know what they consist of, what source they come from, etc. I love makeup, but I keep it simple, and organic, just the eyes and a touch of color on the lips if need be. And I do not layer my makeup, always keeping it simple. Layers of makeup can stop the skin from breathing the way it should, and undesirable chemicals get in, which can cause havoc on the skin. Be kind to your skin. So choose your makeup well. Make sure it is organic and plant based without synthetic chemicals. If you are going to study the art of makeup, ask about the list of ingredients with which it is made of and become aware and knowledgeable about its source, as plants have been given chemical names too, but are not harmful mostly. And frankly, human beings are naturally beautiful, so too much makeup, no matter where one goes or what function one attends, is never advisable. But we are taught otherwise, which just adds to the age old untruths circulating within our planet for years and no one usually asks, but simply believes and accepts. Homeopathic remedy is also of great assistance. I know of one very dear family member, whose Eczema stopped causing him great discomfort after having the remedy formulated for him. Homeopathy treatment is very personal and depends on the individual and his or her life habits, etc. Stay calm if you have skin irritations, instead apply cool aloevera gel, as close to the real plant as possible, to sooth the irritation, and while finding the best possible solution for yourself, reflect on what caused this eczema in the first place. Deep insecurities of ones own Self can cause mental eruptions, antagonisms, etc, which surprisingly go unnoticed too. Too much worrying can be a killer as well. Living in harmony with ourselves naturally is very important, so meditate, meditate and meditate, become aware of all thoughts and actions, reflect on them, eat and look good according to the wisdom of your own body. Do learn from the negative realities of life, but do not get drowned in it. Same with the positive aspects of life. Remain neutral, observant and peaceful.
