Dear Friends and FB Family, I have written a lot of notes, and - TopicsExpress

Dear Friends and FB Family, I have written a lot of notes, and posted a lot of statuses over the years. If you have ever been encouraged or edified by the things I have posted before I encourage you to read this note. I believe it is important that we get things right if we are to see a real revival sweep our nation again! Even though this teaching may be different than what you have heard, is it is nothing new. Actually, it is something very old that was replaced with something new so long ago that the new thing is all most have ever seen. A lie that is taught as truth for a million years, or in this case over 1500 years, is still a lie. The age of the lie does not validate it. The number of people believed the lie does not validate it. So, the question is not, Is this what everyone else believes and teaches? Truth has NEVER been decided by popular vote! The question is, Is this biblical truth? Is this honestly more true to Scripture than what I have been taught and believed before? When Martin Luther declared that we are saved by grace alone through faith it was against the clergy and general consensus of the church of his day! His new doctrine was really a return to the old paths that God had long ago established. The things I share in this note are not MY ideas, or new ideas. This is a long note, and I understand that most people will not take the time to read it. Most will dismiss it. Some will skim over it with no real intentions of considering or weighing the matter in their heart before the Lord, just looking for reasons to reaffirm what they already believe. However, if even a few hungry people choose to read this with an open heart as lovers of truth, and come to an understanding of truth in this matter, it will be worth all the effort of putting this note together. Since I first posted this I have corrected quite a few (A LOT lol) of typos and sentences that were awkwardly structured. So, I hope it is easy to follow. I encourage you to read both Part 1 and 2. I welcome feedback and discussion and have never disliked questions!
