Dear Mark Zukerberg -- Here is an OPEN LETTER to YOU. Yeah, on your application. Delete it if you can, but it is already printed. Your company tries to block me from tagging old pictures of my family before I was born? Duh, so what. What? Am I going to tag them in another year? AND, your company wont let me block people from getting them off of my positive page, when they say negative things I dont want to engage in for several reasons? AND, your customer service is outsourced. What you need to do is put her (Your AWESOME COO) clearly in charge because she is your COO for a reason, and she needs to help keep your company on track because if you think you know what your are doing….your angle should be to listen to your team. My CEOs have taught me about Customer Service. I am using your application as we call it to communicate with my friends and chronicle my life. If you think for one second you can control me…you might be wrong. Thank you for playing. Sunday is my day to be alone and calm. I am now clearly mad and I have a reason to be mad. Dont build an open application and at the same time CONTROL what people say on it. My advice, listen to your customers. Period.
