Dear Respected Political leaders of All Ethnic Minorities in Myanmar, I really appreciate your hard work for Democracy with Federalism in Myanmar for more than five decades. But I feel that the following domestic issues in Myanmar and International issues are something that blocks you to achieve your political goal as these Issues are strongly related to each other politically. In order to achieve your political goal now or the future, I have one suggestion for you all. I feel that the importance of our issue of creating Federal Myanmar on different ethnic unit is reduced by the following events now and then. One: 1988 Democracy movement led by University students reduced or minimized the Image of Ethnic Issues in Myanmar. I mean people were interested in Students more than Ethnic Issues on Federalism. Two: From 1988 onwards, Daw Aung San Suu Kyin had changed the Image of Politics in Myanmar totally. It means International Community is interested only releasing her and democratizing of Myanmar under her leadership. Federalism issue is minimized here automatically. Three: From 2001, Terrorists led by Osama Binladen changed the Image of International Politics again. I mean international community is engaged with “the War on Terror” which will be never ended. Now, a Terrorist issue becomes major global issues. Naturally, People are more interested in Major issues than minor issues. Four : 2004 Tsunami also changed international Politics again. It also reduced Ethnic Issues in Myanmar Five: 2007 Saffron Movement led Buddhists Monks in Myanmar also reduced ethnic issues so much again. Six : 2008 Nigris Cyclone also reduced ethnic issues. Seven : The end of Ethnic issues between Sri Lankan and LTTE in 2010 is also giving a signal to us that Autonomous is impossible in Asia. I hope that it also affects our issues more or less. Eight : Unexpectedly and suddenly, communal conflict between Muslim and Buddhists emerges in Rakhaine State recently. I think it can also reduce our ethnic Issues again. So, I feel that it is very importance to solve communal conflict between Muslim and Buddhist in Rakhaine State as soon as possible. The reason is that naturally and automatically, people are giving more importance to burning issue. I strongly believe that if there is a problem, there is also solution. For the sake of this issue, our issues may be postponed, delayed and minimized again and again or it may be reducing our Ethnic Issues very fast.
