Dear adored development practitioners I would like to acknowledge your mammoth effort for fatiguing the knowledge and skills you have attained to transform the various communities you live in and I request Almighty God to continue being your superintendent and strengthen your acquittance and abilities towards the common discourse of reaching fruitful wellbeing in our various communities. As we enter into new year of 2015, I would like to lure our thoughtfulness to all sorts of abuse of civil and political rights our citizens encountered especially in their fight for the civil liberties of the country, you have witnessed the dehumanizing conditions of our own parents, children, women, elderly and the youths during field attachments of both rural and urban which was awful, full of grieve, distress and empathy. I therefore strongly believe that as you being the enlightened member of your community, you must have understood the dictum that No people will submissively surrender their liberties nor be subdued when knowledge is diffused and virtue is preserved. I brought this outlook in the milieu that when people are universally ignorant and dissipated in their own manners, they will sink their own weight without the aid of foreign invaders and with all these dissatisfaction and agony I request all the development doctors with much vitality, zeal and enthusiasm to be at the epicenter to lead our masses in the move to attain their civil rights, steadfast their predicaments and take corrective action such that they regain their usurped freedom which is the gift of the Almighty God.
