Dear client, First of all, I would like to say thank you for appointing my agency for your project. As this email is being written, this also becomes a draft in defense of so many insulting comments about how we work on your project. Let me tell you this. There is no such thing as easy designing job. It does not matter at all, but what matters is to ensure we simplify the processes while answering to your brief. What I have always believed is that as much as we dont have the rights to comment on the challenges you face in your line of work, thus I urge you to respect us the same way. We have gone through 5 years studying visual communication, several years of hard work so we can be called professionals in the creative servicing industry. I dont need to elaborate on our efforts to come up with great ideas for your project simply because you wouldnt understand. I am the MD of my own agency. Like any other MDs around including your boss, my job is to make sure ALL accounts my agency serve is managed well by my own team. In my defense, your project is considered ONE account that is being handled well by my account manager. Accumulative of all accounts will guarantee the sustainability of my business especially to feed 30 staffs under the agencys payroll. Yes, 30 of them. Therefore, to comment on my commitment to be present for progress-meetings is unfair. It is my personal challenge to put the trust in my own team to decide what and how they can enforce on getting the things done. It is my responsibility to motivate my team to continue doing good job for the client and always engage closely with them so, never ever complaining about the work because projects are reasons for us to build better relationships. Nobody likes to be treated like a vendor, let that be on paper but human-to-human, be good friends. So here you go. Never my intention to portray the eliteness of being designers but why appoint us when you are not confident?
