Dear friends, please take the time to educate yourselves regarding fitness! U r an individual. No two bodies are the same. Im seeing people cutting out large sources of nutrition in an effort to be fit! And if I hear one more person talking about protein without an understanding of bionutrition, Im gonna faint! 2 ppl can be the same height and weight and require different amounts of protein! Just be safe by doing everything in moderation and consult a dietician and your doctor before changing your diet drastically!!! U may think youre fit, but u are depleting the body of what it needs!!!!! U need carbs! U need fat!!! U need protein etc!!! Moderation and Balance are key! Eat more nutrient dense foods. Omg a burger wont kill ya!!! In fact, depending on your daily calorie intake, that may be a great source of cholesterol....hardly enough to make u wonder about HDL v LDL... Be informed is all Im saying!
