Dear friends some of my friends asked me to give weight loss tips so, i am giving hare scientific reasons & the answer. When we go to sleep after about 90 min. our pituitary gland starts sending growth hormones and these growth hormones are received by thyroid, thymus, liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal, kidneys etc. glands & in turn they release their own hormones, all the repair work takes place and lot of vitamins & minerals are spent so breakfast is very important, not in quantity but quality. Never leave breakfast. Three glands are very important in the case of fat-loss i.e. thyroid which is responsible for metabolic system, liver which is the direct fat processing machine which sends enzymes to break fat & digest, third is pancreas which sends insulin to regulate sugar in the body which turns sugar & carbohydrates into energy so that it do not be stored but spent. Take minimum amount of sugar & carbohydrates. Four minerals i.e. Iron, iodine, calcium & selenium when they decrees you gain fat & when you increase them you reduce fat in the body and apples are the great source of these minerals. I suggest you to take two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon pure honey in a glass of boiled then warm water empty stomach every morning. Your main culprit for gaining weight is dinner. After breakfast & lunch you spend the calories you ate but after dinner calorie spending slows down so leave dinner at least thrice a week. Do not starve but take a full plate of either fruit salad (assorted fruits) or vegetable salad (do not mix fruits & vegetables).
