Dear s-Continental Flight Attendants, Staying true to our commitment to bring you constant innovation and effective representation, we present to you additional tools to assist in your daily work life. Today, we are pleased to launch the first of many contract information videos, entitled simply Contract 101. We would like to especially thank Gina Childress, Adrian Conway, Josh Hollifield, Shaun McNulty, Danica Strick, and Robyn Varner for their hard work and creativity in taking a vision and making it a reality. Over the next few weeks and months, we will be introducing dozens of Contract 101 videos that you can access from the web, Facebook, YouTube, or our CAL AFA mobile app. These videos are short in duration and will be an excellent source for specific contract information – for example, if your flight cancels, you’ll be able to watch a two minute video explaining your reassignment rights and obligations. These videos explain your current contract provisions in simple terms. This project is just another way that we continue to live our mission, vision, and values: “doing the right thing, for the right reason, and for the right people.” We hope you enjoy and benefit from these videos.
