Dear students, The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, a joint venture co-financed by the European Commission and the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, organizes a student exchange program in Japan for European students (in engineering or scientific fields, after at least 4 years course at the University), called “Vulcanus in Japan”. This program offers European students the opportunity to live in Japan for a year. The programme consists of industrial placements for EU students. It starts in September and ends in August of the following year. The students follow a 4-month intensive Japanese language course and a 8-month traineeship in a Japanese company.
