Dearest Midterms, When we first met I was young and innocent, I had no idea what to expect, but being with you was painless, and every time I touched you I wished that things could stay innocent forever. It took some time to prepare myself for a relationship with you, but eventually I thought I came to truly know you both inside and out. As I came to find out though this comfort was just temporary, as time continued to pass the two of us grew further apart, and when I see you it is as if I hardly know the midterm sitting right in front of me. You are not the Midterm you used to be. You are gone for months on end, without so much as an email or courselink post to tell me of your whereabouts. And then when you finally do decide to show up again, you bring all your midterm buddies, and begin having your way with me. That is why it is over between us Midterms; I am done with you. We had a good run, but I want things to go back to the way it all was before we met. Lastly Midterms, if you are reading this we had a son, his name is Brian.
