Decided to kick my butt with my workout today. On top of my warm up and my strength training, I decided to go ahead and toss the weight loss program on the elliptical on to the end of my workout, to burn extra calories. On top of -that-, today at work I was stuck in the pets aisles; lifting large cases of canned pet food, 15 to 39 lb boxes/jugs of kitty litter, and 15 to 30 lb bags of dog and cat food (would have gone up to 50 lb bags, but a coworker who partnered with me ran most of the bag freight). Overall, Im exhausted. And I feel great. xp
