Define the word Job: 1) A paid position of regular employment (key word there... REGULAR) 2) A task or piece of work, especially one that is paid. A job is a good thing, nothing bad about it. According to businessdictionary, from a wider perspective, a job is synonymous with a role and includes the physical and social aspects of a work environment and, often, individuals identify themselves with their job or role (foreman, supervisor, engineer, etc.) and derive motivation from its uniqueness or usefulness. And in some cases, this is true, but lately as we can see in reality, this is not so. People are becoming more dismayed and despondent with their jobs and not motivated or inspired. WHY? Because some arent in the jobs theyd desired! Others are either under duress because of evil co-workers or employers, supervisors or managers that at times just want to prey on the weak or find that there shouldnt be anyone better than them in that particular company or department. But the major contributing factor to this dilemma, good Paying jobs are hard to come by. A lot of people are highly educated, brilliant, intelligent; but cant land the right paying job to utilize accurately, the knowledge they have accumulated over the years in school to their advantage. And that because there is simply no jobs at this moment in the world for the right value that their expertise and knowledge is worth! Or maybe they are in that dream job, but yet found themselves wanting more from life... Another side to that is Experience. Today, job security is solely based on your experience in that particular field of expertise. So, if one is not lucky to find a start up company that would allow you the opportunity to build your experience, one may, if havent already, have to volunteer their services to build that required experience because in Job ads in the newspapers, you have to have at least 2 years experience... unless God gives you His divine favor. Other than that, you have to have great legs or look so hot that the interviewer just cant resist! Dress to Impress!!! - Keiran P. Darlington
