Delicious frozen taco meat!! Make this ahead and have it ready for a easy weekend meal! 1lb ground beef 1/2 a large yellow onion 1 garlic clove minced 1/4 cup taco seasoning or 1 package 1/4 cup water In a skillet add a tiny bit of cooking oil and sauté your onions and garlic on medium heat until translucent. Add beef and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning and water. (I never drain my beef because it loses flavor! You can drain yours before adding seasoning and water tho) simmer for 5 mins and then pour in a bowl to cool. When completely cooled put in freezer bag and freeze! To cook you can put it in your crock pot on low for 4hrs or high for 2hr or stick in your oven on 375 for 30 mins!!
