Depression is really bad, no one knows until they have been through it. You dont care if you get up or even eat, you dont want to talk to anyone or see them either. I have been going through a lot of depression lately and I know people just dont understand but it is bad when you dont want to even see your own family and grand babies, sometimes you just have to put that big smile on and pretend you are happy and in no pain. Just spent 3days with my daughter Tasha Parham and her babies and even though it hurt I put that smile on and I really did enjoy myself. Also got to spend time with Kristi Musgrove Seeley and the twins. So sometimes if you really cant get a hold of me I am probably having one of those days or weeks. Love to all my family and friends.
