Did you ever wonder what your life would be like if you could create just anything you wanted? Imagine, you simply make a choice - an exciting and successful career, perfect health and vitality, happiness and fulfillment, financial abundance, - and draw it into your life. Wouldnt that be fantastic? Unconsciously, we begin to nurture our negative beliefs without even being aware that we are doing so. We feed them and help them grow by giving them energy. We affirm them by attracting experiences that validate their existence. This becomes a vicious cycle. Holding on to negative beliefs justifies our need to be right. Many of us hold on to our grievances and emotional scars with fierce protection. They become like badges of honor. We think that without our constant vigilance, the memory of our wounds or broken hearts will be forgotten. We believe that we are some how “honoring our personal story” by holding on. If we do not act as the constant “keeper of our wounds,” our suffering will have been in vain. But spring must come if life is to flourish again. A few days ago or about two months passed , I do not remember as I have spent so many hours outside watching flowers and greenery , I can recollect when every inch of ground was covered with snow at least 8-14 inch some day ,we were afraid what if the water in taps froze and we would have no water to drink and for any activity we do from morning till late at night but it never happened , we were scared what if this snow never stopped but it stopped after one day or after forty eight hours maximum and we survived . We had fear of death some day what if the house fell or buried with the weight of heavy snow on the roof but it stood straight not even tilted so my point is we survive in rain snow or anything happening outside . But we let it happen inside our body with wrong beliefs and fears ,insecurity and dangers which surround us for no reason, keep us gripped with fear that has no end, . We had electricity every single day though in some areas for days they shivered with cold sitting in front of fireplace for which they did not store enough wood . It costs money to move to hotels close to homes ,it creates inconvenience if they go to stay with relatives ,work at work place has only eight hours to spend there so we have to face extreme weather and no choice . Teams of labor worked day and night to restore power and it came back giving all comforts as before .
