Did you get a tax credit for health care in 2014 through the new - TopicsExpress

Did you get a tax credit for health care in 2014 through the new ACA law? Then be on the lookout for a form called 1095-A that should be arriving in the mail. Youll need it to fill out another form, #8962, to see if you got the legally-prescribed amount of assistance based on what actually happened in 2014. For example, your income may have gone considerably higher or lower. If things changed much from when you applied and got the insurance, then you may owe more or get a refund. If you file a 2014 tax report in the next few months, then the #8962 form will guide you to any needed corrections. The form (and more info) can be downloaded from your HealthCare.gov account. --from article by Ricardo Alonzo Zaldavar of Associated Press
