Did you know lawmakers put aside $4 million in this years state budget to mount a review of state government and how to improve it? Theyre hiring the consultant this month -- and well be very interested in who gets hired, who they know and which campaigns they donated to. Lets just hope this expensive study is more than just a smoke screen for privatization recommendations that funnel public money into private pockets without oversight of how that money is spent:
