Did you know that Sleaford is a VERY vibrant town compared to the rest of the country? We know some times its easy to see where things are not so good BUT with a local shop vacancy rate of only 5%, when the reported national average is 14.7%, and with some rural market towns hitting 30-40%, I think we should be very proud of the thriving local economy we have. The town team has said all along that we think the biggest barrier to progress in Sleaford is NOT the offering or the availability of parking, rather that it is the perception. Weve done a lot of research in our pre-launch into car parking provision and what shops / services support the town, and its really rather good when you look at the detail! At our launch we want to celebrate all the good of the town, and, share our plans for improving a few key areas to ensure a sustainable and successful future for local businesses, employers and the community!
