Did you know that your pastors, church leaders, favorite blogger, speaker, small group leader, ect are just normal people. They have feelings, words hurt them just as they hurt you. They fight with their spouse. They blow up at their kids. They sin (I know gasp)! They have days when the criticism of others just seems to be way too much. At times we make it incredibly difficult for them to just be human. Our expectations are unrealistic and often we are the first to pounce when we think they could do it (whatever it may be) better. Be the person who offers grace. Ask questions, dont accuse. Encourage the people you look up too. Invest in them. Make it known that it is okay for them to be human, make mistakes and be themselves. We have enough people walking around with masks, we dont need them to also.
