Did you run at our Trail Run Series this winter?? Beautiful parks indeed but maybe a little chilly?? :) Come on out and join us next Thursday in the trails at Campbell Valley Park for #2 of the Metro Vancouver Trail Run Series. This upcoming run is extra special – after the race there will be a barbecue, by donation, will all proceeds going to benefit Alberta flood relief efforts. We have a fun course, similar to last year’s course, but slightly different. There will be some hills, some single track, some stairs, a sojourn onto the race track, and then the music, party and barbecue at the finish line! The start of the race is the Old Orchard picnic shelter, near the Nature House, in the parking lot off of 8th Ave. just east of 200th St. in Langley. Tim Hortons will also be onsite after the run with coffee and Timbits! If you haven’t signed up already, sign up now, for only $5! Otherwise, feel free to register onsite for $10.
