Directorate of Distance Education University of Kashmir Selection Notification No.2 for B.Ed (Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh) 2014 The detailed selection list is available on the official website of the Directorate (ddeku.edu.in). The candidates are advised to go through below mentioned instructions carefully before submitting the admission form. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The selected candidate shall download the form by entering his/her application form number. 2. For the selected candidates, pre-filled-admission-form will be auto-generated along with the necessary instructions. 3. The candidates will deposit Rs.14,000/- in any branch of J & K Bank on the slip which shall be automatically generated with the pre-filledform against the account number 0007010100002622 payable at J& K Bank Hazratbal, Srinagar. 4. The candidate shall attach the necessary documents along with two copies of latest photograph, marks certificate of qualifying examination, Date of Birth Certificate, Character /Provisional (if any), category in original (if applicable) and the State Subject Certificate with the hard copy of pre-filled- admission-form, and submit the form at their respective divisions reflected as under: * For Kashmir Division: Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir. * For Jammu Division: Study-Cum- Information Centre, Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir, 172-A/D Gandhi Nagar Jammu-180004. (Contact No:-0191-2454548) * For Ladakh Division: Study-Cum-Information Centre, Govt Degree College Kargil. Study-Cum-Information Centre, DIET Leh. 5. Migration certificate to be submitted in original, if applicable. 6. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other universities shall submit the registration-cum-eligibility-form along with the pre-filled-admission-form, which is also available on the university website kashmiruniversity.net or ddeku.edu.in. Candidate shall prepare a separate demand draft for Rs.605/- as Registration-Cum-Eligibility fee favoring Registrar University of Kashmir payable at J & k Bank, Hazratbal. 7. Those candidates who have migrated to any other university from the University of Kashmir shall submit the registration revival- form (migration certificate to be enclosed in original) along with pre-filled admission form which can also be downloaded from the university website kashmiruniversity.net or ddeku.edu.in. candidate shall prepare a separate demand draft for Rs.405/- as Registration Revival fee favouring Registrar University of Kashmir payable at J & K Bank, Hazratbal. 8. Candidate shall bring all original certificates with them for verification at the time of submission of admission form. 9. Candidates are advised to read the instructions regarding the submission of admission form which are uploaded on the website and select the optional paper as per his/her choice. Optional paper once opted cannot be changed later on. 10. In supersession of this University notification of even number dated 16-09-2008, it is for the information of all concerned that the dual course scheme which was applicable for the students of Kashmir University have been suspended vide University Notification NO: F(Amed-statutes-Gen)Acad/KU,dated March 01, 2011. 11. Admission is given to eligible candidate on the face value of the relevant certificates, if, at any stage, it is found so or it comes in the notice of the University that a candidate has made false or incorrect statements or used fraudulent means for admission or does not fulfill the eligibility requirements, or due to oversight any mistake has occurred in filling the form, his/her admission shall be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason thereof. 12. All admission granted are on provisional basis till the eligibility of the candidate to the respective course is determined by the Registration Section of the University of Kashmir. 13. All legal cases pertaining to any course of the Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir shall be limited to the Jurisdiction of District Srinagar only. 14.
