Do you have a child in the university taking STEM courses (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and feeling defeated because the courses are difficult and they feel that rather than fail they should change to Arts or business? Encourage them to stick with it. They should not let one or two classes derail their dreams. Their dream is bigger than those classes. If they had what it took to get decent scores on the SAT and gain acceptance to the university, then they have what it takes to get that degree! I made Deans List! said my daughter who is studying Biological sciences. That was after months of struggle with difficult classes. Im glad she persevered. Now she has only one more semester to graduate. She is going to make one hella fine doctor some day. And her sister will make a superb Industrial Engineer. Watch out world! :)
