Do you know not looked at Facebook all weekend just so busy :-) attended an amazing workshop on Saturday with some great friends on shamanic drumming and sound healing with the lovely Jan Higgins ... It is amazing the healing quality of it was really noticeable .. So those who come to healing may get the drum beat at them !! Soooo cool x then yesterday had to clean the house and the washing yuk!! But had my dinner cooked for me by my beautiful man .. Yup a man that cooks never had one if those, then was chauffeured to Evesham to work with the spookies what a night they were on mighty form so much love for all there... Blessings are everywhere you know and some are so simple they mean everything... I laugh every day now and yep the journey was hard to get there and no I dont regret it and yep it hurt like hell but how well they knew my journey and how well they knew my faith in me.. I didnt but I do now ... So dont dance to anyone Elses tune dance to yours cos it is so beautiful just as it is xxx my love hugs and healing to you all this week and every day laugh a little ... Find your chuckle bone and cherish it fir if it breaks its a bugger to fix xx hugs and smiles :-))) x
