Does anyone know how to have a case moved out of a county? Also need the recommendation of a good attorney outside of Coweta since everyone, even the Assistant DA knows the real criminal. It seems everyone knows This violent, hostile, aggressive person and they dont want to get him in trouble or come forward because hes their friend, or has a wallet sized umbilical cord attached to his many friends and business owners (while an innocent man is going to be sent to jail). In Coweta County its permissible to get completely drunk, slap someone that just got off work, shout obscenities at them, block them so they cant leave an establishment, threaten to kill them and chase them into the street and around their car with a knife in your hand. Youre also allowed to lie to the police and say while completely intoxicated that you dont have a knife, the police CAN find the knife on you, see that you are visibly drunk; but the sober VICTIM that was in the establishment less than 10 minutes gets arrested while trying to flee while youre still trying to get into THEIR car. You are also allowed to have several altercations in an establishment prior to verbally and physically attacking the last victim, with no disciplinary action, as long as you are a local business owner and frequent the local business where the attack took place, and are white- meaning you dont have a Spanish sounding last name. Youre also allowed to tell the police you didnt bring your gun with you that night because you knew youd be drinking , even though you threatened to get your gun out of the car and made a gesture like you were retrieving a gun.. Lucky you this all took place in Coweta County-no charges are pressed against you, and the witnesses of the victim are asked to leave the premises by the police department. Its cost the victims family (who is a single mom) bail, attorney costs,car impound, loss of trust or faith in the judicial system, or with the Newnan PD, many sleepless nights, fear and anxiety for her innocent son. It costs the victim his peace of mind, faith in fairness and the judicial system, telling the truth, and his career he worked over a year to achieve, while you are free to get drunk, and party with your friends while they say behind your back, youre pretty much an a-hole and a mean drunk.
