Doesnt this picture just say it all, she wouldnt have gotten like that over night so I dont only blame her I blame her friends and family around her, I think its terrible you can see she is only young and people stand back and let her eat herself to death actually handing her that cake, its a form of manslaughter really although no one forces it down her neck I cant see her getting up and cooking or going to the shops to get it herself, on the flip side of things her family have no doubt never got to work because they will be getting carers allowance thats a joke plus a brand new car,and mobility scooter plus a nice new bungalow that most people would have to work hard all there lives to be able to get its like they have won the lottery it really is and all for over feeding a weak minded person any everyone else has to pay for it it makes me sick
