Dog rescue is so hard at times - but to get fantastic updates like this makes it all worthwhile: Wishing you all a Happy New Year and I also wanted to send you another little update on Tempo. I think it is safe to say Tempo is well and truly settled into our family now, it doesnt seem possible that he will have been with us two years this coming April. You may remember he suffered from terrible separation anxiety, not forgetting the awful state he was in when he came into your care, but he has come so, so far since then and we cannot imagine life without him. For those who do not think foxhounds are domesticated pets (which I get a lot)... this boy was made for the sofa, making little dens out of our duvet when we go out (see attached photo - he doesnt even bother looking guilty anymore!), cuddles, being part of a family - our family. He even gained a sister last year, Tinsel, who was also in your care in 2013 and who we initially fostered. Sadly her new home did not work out and she was returned and we could not bear to let her go again. She is still very wary of men, but with a lot of patience her daddy got his first kiss and cuddle a few days ago.
