Doing what needs to be done to make things right...#BeNoble. Leadership comes from those who know what needs to be done in a situation. Hats off to leaders who know that you need to have leaders who understand what it means to be part of a certain race. In America we have some racial issues that truly only people of the same race truly understand. I am thankful that we are able to find common ground and not have the general warfare that other nations in our world see over racial differences. Thank God we have folks from all ethnic groups that serve and protect our citizens and laws that can understand the sorrows of all different groups.
