Dont humiliate them. You know some people snap photos of these people and post them up, that is all they do and we can logically understand why such people do such a thing. People collecting cardboards or empty cartons may not like what we think they are in financial trouble. I have come across an uncle collecting card boxes, his dressing was ok, I went up to ask him whether financially ok, I did that with good intention if he needed help I could assist to accompany him to the area MP. He smiled and said no problem, he just wanted to do something during the day. He was relaxed. It was at night actually. He thanked me for asking. He said it was rare to find people like me. I said no problem at all. This is what we as citizens should always do. You either want to help or dont help. Help with a heart and dont humiliate them. Some may really need help and they dont know where to get help. Some dont want you to help, dont look down on them.
