Down Syndrome Dublin are proud to be hosting a 3 day conference with Sue Buckley in September Parents Day Saturday the 14th Sept 9am-6pm - What are the priorities for parents of children with Down Syndrome Age range birth to 12 years What do we need to focus on to enable our child to reach their full potential and be fully included in the school and community? How do we ensure we are also taking care of the whole family? This seminar will cover intervention priorities including social, motor, speech and language, play, cognition and behaviour development. It will also cover supporting successful inclusion in preschool and primary school and working co-operatively with teachers to support literacy and learning.
