Dr. Gunwant Dhaliwal Found NOT GUILTY on November 19 in Pasco Trial by Jury – Case No. D803595MMAWS Spn No. 552735 NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., Nov. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- After six years, Dr. Gunwant Dhaliwal proves his innocence in a three-day trial by jury. He lost the same case in a civil trial in 2011 due to poor representation by his then attorneys that let him go through it when Criminal case was pending. They did not work on the case and did not even submit a single piece of evidence. Photo - photos.prnewswire/prnh/20141126/161160 Contrary to the civil trial, Mr. George Tragos, Clearwater Criminal attorney showed the jury that Dr. Dhaliwal never performed Microdermabrasion since 2002 through his office staff, Billing Service and sales people that never supplied any sand after the first purchase of the machine in 2000. They presented pictures of the MicroDerm machine covered with layers of dust for being not used for so many years. Dr. Dhaliwal is thankful to the members of jury and his attorney Mr. Tragos for bringing this case to justice. Dr. Dhaliwal is finally relieved from the stress and understands that it will take time to rewind. His family, that includes his wife, 2 sons (16 and 25 years old) and sister-in-law Nattu, suffered with him. He regrets he could not celebrate his 25th Marriage Anniversary in 2012. His wife, also a physician, an anesthesiologist in MPM North Bay Hospital, stood by him, and was the only soul that sat in the court for all 3 days, praying for her husband and patiently waiting for the verdict. The sufferings of Dr. Dhaliwal and his family had been prolonged due to the case getting postponed until Nov. 17, 2014. After three days of trial and 50 minutes of jury deliberations, Dr. Dhaliwal is found NOT GUILTY, two words he was waiting to hear all this time. The complainant was nowhere to be seen at the time of verdict. Employees of Primary Care Walk In Clinic were anxiously waiting for this day and of course the fate of their jobs. Dr. Dhaliwal, board certified Internist, has 2 offices; New Port Richey and Spring Hill. Now he can practice medicine without the stress of the case. Dr. Dhaliwal is looking forward to get his reputation back on track. Ms. Ratinder Sidhu, AdministratorPrimary Care Walk In Clinic727-844-5555walkinclinics SOURCE Dr. Gunwant Dhaliwal
