Due to the OVERWHELMING response from our CrossFit Community, which I am EXTREMELY grateful for, we are implementing a slight change in the workout. A lot of you will rejoice in this change. First off, the workout is now going to be outside, which means...you guessed it, NO PULL-UPS. We have switched the Pull-Ups with Dumbbell Push Press. The workout is as follows: Cassidy 6 Rounds (in partners) for time of: 15 Wall Balls 20/14# 15 Kettlebell Swings 53/35# 15 Dumbbell Push Press 15 Box Jumps 24/20 15 Push-Ups 15 Burpees There isnt a specific RX weight for the DB Push Presses, just put in work.
