Due to the progression of my MS I can no longer sit and drive hubby to the VA and back anymore. My muscles cramp up so tight that I can not feel the bottom of my feet when I get out to walk. I can drive around town and out to the lake and beaches, but not sit in city traffic for hours. Tim no longer drives due to medical condition, so this has been a worry for me about how I am going to get him transported to the VA and back. He can not ride the van due to the third hand smoke and the way it shuts down his lungs, along with being insulin dependent diabetic 4 times a day. So we got him hooked up with Catholic Volunteer and he has a ride there and back every time he needs it. Also TY to our friend max for offering to drive him. You are much more appreciated than you will ever know. This is a big relief for me and feels like a million pounds ifted off of my shoulders.
