EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre is seeking to appoint a FULL TIME Sales and Customer Service champion. The role will encompass two primary focus areas: 1. SALES – Take ownership of sales administration, systems, lead generation and member retention under the leadership of the Sales Manager, to help drive ongoing growth. 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE – As part of taking a leadership role in our sales and administration, interfacing with customers and working on the front line is critical. The successful applicant will have experience working towards sales targets and enjoy the challenge of thinking creatively to maximise opportunities. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and be comfortable embracing new challenges. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to different conditions whilst maintaining a happy and welcoming customer service focus is critical.
