Eat Clean. Train Dirty. FUEL your body. Ive eliminated 50% meat, no milk, no more eggs, and only consume non-GMO and organic foods as often as I can. I also only consume undenatured Grade 7 whey protein, and Ive incorporated nutritional cleanses that remove impurities at a cellular level. Every smart athlete knows that you MUST cleanse in order to absorb proper nutrients at a faster rate - this includes getting those BCAAs into your muscles when its needed. The uninformed athlete will continue to consume protein shakes and other foods laden with heavy metals, artificial sweeteners, and other toxic ingredients. You are doing your body a disservice if you continue to train hard in the gym, but pay no mind to what you are fueling your body internally.
