Eli report: He is finally resting. He has been as good as he could be. Weve kept ahead of the pain with medicine but he so has moments when he has the it really hurts cry. It is going to be a long 3 weeks immobilized because he mentally wants to be on the go, just physically cant so that is frustrating for him. The xray did show a complete fracture through the left humerus but the bone is still lined up well which is a good thing. It broke at the point of bowing in the bone. All of his long bones and ribs have bowing which create points of extra vulnerability. Today was Grandmas birthday and we were all spread about busy with our own things but God has a way of bringing everyone together. We had a really great run break free but the reality is he has OI and injury can happen at any time. I pray Eli grows to believe he has been blessed through not. .. not cursed. Faith in Gods plan is all we can have during times of happiness & times of trouble. Faith without falter! ! Thank you friends and family that have shown great care and support, your prayers are priceless. We love you so much.
