Every Singaporean I spoke to expressed their unhappiness with Singapore. People are fed up of the hard life; foreigners taking over the country and jobs. In tiny Singapore, as the government is increasing the population to 6 million by bringing in foreigners, flats are getting smaller, more difficult to get and more expensive. A 2 bedroom 99 year lease flat cost $350,000 = RM950,000. People are struggling and more and more Singaporeans are looking abroad to live. Definitely not a place to retire.
