Crude and irresponsible intervention in the affairs of the judiciary , including threatening the independence and impartiality of justice. Also, the referral of the venerable judge Walid Sharabi spokesman of the movement of judges for Egypt to disciplinary trial . The assault of the coup police on members of Saqtlahs Procuratorate in Sohag, and aggression of The Committee For the Fifty- Coup To Distort The Constitution, on judicial bodies represents the peak of this aggression that plagues the independence of the judiciary and steadfastness of the honest judges against the coup usurped brutality on both of the executive and legislative authorities which requires the escalation of revolutionary solidarity with the judges witnessed in Egypt in 2006 , which paved the way for the fall of the Mubaraks regime. Those honorable judges are restoring the glory of their Professors and fellow founders who fought against Abdel Nasser, they were ousted in the massacre of the judiciary in 1969. Also they fought against Sadat and Mubarak in defense of the judiciary and its independence .We mention from those Venerable judges : Momtaz Nassar, Yahia Al - Rifai, Wagdi Abdul Samad , Hossam Al -Ghiryani , Ahmad and Mahmoud Mekki , Zakaria Abdul Aziz , Mahmoud Al -Khudairy , Hisham Al -Bastawisi, Fouad Rashid, Ashraf El-Baroudi , Yahya Jalal , Ahmed Saber , Hisham Geneina , Essam Abdul-Jabbar , Naji Derbala , Ahmed Suleiman .
