Ex-Supervisor, Retired Judge, and former State Senator Quentin Kopp goes into the reasons to vote NO on Proposition I: It was put on the ballot by 4 Supervisors to overcome a true citizen initiative, Proposition H; it violates the San Francisco General Plan, a democratically-crafted plan which Prop I would subvert; it will NOT conserve water; and other very scary and disturbing reasons. The interview is a little long, but I really recommend watching it. There is a lot of disinformation and hysteria about this campaign, and its nice to have a voice of reason and vast civic experience like Kopps weighing in.
