Example: Investor A spends over $2,000+ grinding the terrazzo floor in the foreclosure he just purchased. When he sells it, the buyer HATES terrazzo, and insists Investor A put new laminate flooring over the terrazzo. Investor B has terrazzo cleaned, polished, and restored using our 5 step process that cost him $800. The house shows with shiny, clean terrazzo, and the investor saves $1,200+ to negotiate later with the buyer. Which would you prefer? We can provide either, but one may make more sense for you.
