Excellent Engineering Opportunity in Egypt and KSA A leading Construction Company in Electrical and Mechanical Projects is now hiring the following Position: - Safety Manager Job Duties Responsibilities: - General Site Safety Inspection & Safety Walkthrough. - Reporting all site defectives. - Tool Box Talk Preparation. - Safety induction. - Responsible Of all work in site that it proceed according to safety rules OSHA - Preparing Lifting plan. - Preparing Risk Assessment. - Handling With all heavy pieces and make sure that it reach safe to its place with the safety of all people around working on it. - Scaffolding Forming & Checking. - Provide a safety environment to all people work at height and beside energized equipment. - Knowledge of all safety requirements for working at confined space - Preparing safety Lectures and guide all the people working with this lectures - Preparation of Safety training Modules conducting on site training. - Fire Fighting Training to Workers. - Plans & Procedures. - Preparation of Lifting Plan for heavy objects. - Control Work to Permit System, method statement, Risk Assessment. - Safety Meetings. - Emergency Plan. - Inspect Radiography areas. - Supervising catalyst loading operation inside vessels to be done safety. - Preventing injury to personal damage to plant equipment. - Safety Meetings. - Checking of Equipment using color code system. - Report all Site Accident. - Provide Site with necessary signs. - Provide Site with necessary sign & Risk Analysis - Overseeing physical security equipments. - Reviewing accident reports. - Applying safety procedures. - Ensuring state, local and federal safety laws are being observed. - Determining unsafe conditions. - Assist Complex Project Engineering Manager in the interface disciplinary tasks related to projects FEED and Detailed Engineering Phases, Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: • Required education: technical Bachelors degree • Required experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant. • Other Requirements: - Having good written and verbal communication skills. • Being able to implement new processes. • Having interpersonal skills. • Being able to motivate others. • Having high attention to details. • Being able to suggest methods to prevent injuries. • Having leadership skills. • Having supervisory skills. • Having experience in safety and health work. • Being able to work alone or with a team. Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: • Preferred education: Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field preferred a Bachelor´s Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Basic or Applied Science, Environmental Science, Chemical, .
