Exercise Of The Week: Dips This exercise is a body weight exercise however, weight can be added for extra resistance. The exercise can be performed on a dipping rack or two benches. The video shows the variation of the two exercises. The movement requires bending at the elbows and lowering your body, then extending at the elbows to bring your body back up. It is important to keep your torso straight. Primary Muscles Pectorals Triceps Other Muscles Deltoids Pectorals Minor Rhomboids To add resistance you can use a belt if using a dipping station. If using a bench you can add plates to your thighs.
