{FAMILY} Night! Cultivating an “attitude of gratitude” is great, but an attitude without any action doesn’t produce much positive results. So get intentional! *Have everyone sit down and hand them several small slips of paper. On each piece of paper, write out one thing that you are grateful for--nothing is too small or “insignificant” to be left out. I, for one, am very grateful for the Lemon Creamcheese Cupcake from Hello Cupcake in DC! Go around the table and share everyone’s responses. Then, fold up the slips of paper and place them in a “Joy Jar” that you keep in your kitchen, living room, or somewhere accessible. When someone’s feeling a bit frustrated, worried, or anxious, they can start grabbing slips out of the Joy Jar to remind them of all the things they have to be grateful for!
